The PSV Fall Meeting will be a hybrid of in-person and virtual education and exhibits. Stay informed as the program evolves!
PSV is dedicated to supporting its members professional and educational growth, promoting advocacy and ethical care for the mentally ill, fostering science and the progress of psychiatry, and making a positive contribution to the members’ local communities.
PSV is pleased to invite your organization to connect with Virginia leaders in psychiatry. Industry support is vital to the success of this meeting and demonstrates your commitment to improving patient care.
The program will include designated time to visit exhibitors at the in-person meeting and online through the virtual format.

Exhibit space is assigned on a first come, first served basis.
- Exhibit agreements must be submitted prior to exhibit space being assigned.
- Exhibits are TABLETOP
- Space includes a 6 ft tabletop, draped with two chairs
Every effort will be made to accommodate special requests. PSV cannot guarantee preferences for exhibit space locations.
PSV reserves the right to add, move or remove exhibit booths if necessary. The floor plan is subject to change.
Online Exhibit Hall
Opens 14 days prior to conference and remains open for a total of 60 days: September 11 – November 8, 2020
The PSV online exhibit hall is a digital platform for exhibitors and attendees to connect and engage. Vendors and sponsors create a “digital booth” that features the same products and services displayed in traditional exhibit booths. Registered participants will then receive an invite to “stroll through the virtual exhibit hall” where they can view personalized sales messages and company websites, interact with vendors via their social media platforms and receive “show specials” just like they would in an in-person trade show environment. This networking resource is a great enhancement to the in-person exhibit.
The link to the online exhibit hall will be included on the PSV website and mobile meeting guide. Attendees will visit the exhibit hall through these “entrances” or through the direct link they are sent pre-conference.

LETTER OF AGREEMENT
Agreements are being accepted! Complete the PSV Fall Meeting Letter of Agreement to secure exhibit space, program advertising, and a sponsorship.
- A minimum of 50% of the exhibit fee is due when the Exhibit Agreement is submitted. Payment is due in full by July 24, 2020.
- Payment for an Exhibit/Sponsor Agreement submitted after July 24, 2020 must be paid in full at the time of application.
This meeting is a private meeting for District Branch members and exhibitors whose products are in line with the district branch’s mission. We will consider all applications for exhibit space but reserve the right to reject any application which the district branch in its sole discretion determines is not consistent with our mission.
The program is available on the Mobile Meeting Guide. The guide includes lecture slides, program schedule, speaker list, attendee list, and meeting room locations.
EXHIBITOR BADGE REGISTRATION AND PRODUCT/COMPANY DESCRIPTION
PSV exhibitor badge registrations and product or company descriptions are due by August 28, 2020. Email your badge names and descriptions to Julie Hitt in the PSV office, email@example.com.
- To order power or audiovisual equipment for your exhibit display, use The Hotel Roanoke and Conference Center order form.
- For shipping to the meeting, follow the shipping instructions in the document above. Shipping labels included.
Exhibit materials shipped to The Hotel Roanoke and Conference Center will be delivered to the exhibit hall for move-in on Friday, September 25.
For outgoing shipments, you are required to schedule the pickup with your carrier. The pickup address is The Hotel Roanoke & Conference Center, 110 Shenandoah Avenue, Roanoke, VA 24016.
