are excited to announce the virtual conference:
Autoimmune Encephalitis: Building Bridges
When: April 10, 2021
Time: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
The aim of this conference is to enhance patient care and improve outcomes for those affected by autoimmune encephalitis, by promoting a multidisciplinary approach to diagnosis, treatment, and recovery. ‘Building Bridges’, is a place to exchange ideas, collaborate and learn from each other by starting a dialogue across the disciplines of immunology, neurology, psychiatry, and rheumatology.
The ‘Building Bridges’ conference for healthcare providers and medical students will bring together experts in the field from those medical disciplines, to speak to their role in the multidisciplinary approach to AE care.

The PSV Foundation was established to support mental health awareness and educational programs throughout the year. A primary focus has been to encourage original clinical and research poster presentations by psychiatry residents, fellows, and medical students. Over the years, our funding grew slowly, supported by individual member contributions. In 2019, we received a very generous two-part grant from the Schaberg Foundation, in honor of PSV’s financial advisor, Tom Phillips.
This major support now allows us to offer monetary prizes for the outstanding posters at each PSV Fall Meeting. These awards will be granted by the PSV Foundation in the spirit of furthering the participants’ work.
