Infuse 2018: The Path to Possibilities

Infuse 2018 provides an intentional moment for physicians to think about themselves, explore their passions, and connect with the joy in practicing medicine. Infuse presents an exciting lineup of speakers ranging from Virginia influencers to national innovators. The summit infuses panels discussions, creative demonstrations, artistic fusion and culinary offerings to create an experience that is unlike any other conference. The event will feature an array of presenters, performers and provocateurs all designed to “infuse” conversations about innovation and rejuvenation with physicians. Join Medical Society of Virginia and 12 collaborating medical societies on the path to possibilities at Infuse 2018.

Infuse 2018 is about joining a movement to rejuvenate physicians collectively. It is about recognizing the value physicians bring to medicine, the passion physicians have for their field and the ownership they feel of their profession. Infuse 2018 is about celebrating the dedication physicians have to their patients. Infuse 2018 is about taking medicine back!

Infuse 2018 will be a 1½ day event where the first day renowned speakers will engage physicians in an interactive discussions designed to be thought and emotion provoking.  On Sunday, there will be a half-day workshop to explore strategies for leading a balanced life and bringing Saturday’s presentations into a cohesive message and plan. Through exercises, group discussions, and guided moments of internal reflection this collaborative experience will be designed to create a strong foundation that will bridge the gap between intention and action.

Infuse 2018 will feature speakers from many different fields and from across the country, including the Virginia Center for Addiction, the University of California Los Angeles, NASA iTech, Virginia Commonwealth University, and more. This will be continuing education conference with 11 prescribing credits/category 1 from AAFP and 10.75 PRA Category 1 CME credits from VCUHS.
