2026 Spring Exhibitors and Sponsors
YOU’RE INVITED!
The Psychiatric Society of Virginia invites your organization to engage with Virginia’s psychiatric leaders at the 2026 Spring Meeting. Industry participation plays an essential role in the success of this event and reflects a shared commitment to advancing patient care.
The program features dedicated exhibit hours to encourage meaningful conversations with attendees.
Expected attendance: 75 to 100 practicing psychiatrists.
Exhibit Space
Exhibits will be located in the James River Ballroom CD: PSV 2026 Spring Exhibit Hall Floor Plan
Tabletop Exhibit: 6 ft table and two chairs
- Exhibit space is assigned on a first come, first served basis.
- Exhibit agreements must be submitted prior to exhibit space being assigned.
- Every effort will be made to accommodate special requests. PSV cannot guarantee preferences for exhibit space locations.
- PSV reserves the right to add, move or remove exhibit tables if necessary. The floor plan is subject to change

Letter of Agreement
Agreements are being accepted for the 2026 Spring Meeting. To secure your exhibit table, program ad, and/or sponsorship, complete the online LETTER OF AGREEMENT.
Payment is due in full when the Agreement is submitted.
- To pay by credit card, fill in the payment details of the exhibit agreement.
- To pay by check, mark “check” as the payment method on the Agreement. Make the check payable to Psychiatric Society of Virginia and mail the check with a copy of your invoice to PSV, Attn: Dana Gibson, 2209 Dickens Road, Richmond, Virginia 23230.

Exhibitor Badges
Exhibitor badge names are due by March 31, 2026. Badges included with exhibit packages:

Exhibit badges should be submitted by exhibitors using the Client Portal (login required). Additional badges can be purchased by exhibitors through the portal as well. The badge fee is $150/badge.

The PSV Spring Meeting will be held at the Kingsmill Resort.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS
PSV has secured a group rate of $199.00 plus taxes and fees. The Resort Fee of $49 has been discounted to $19.00 plus taxes per day. The adjustment will be made after the reservation is processed. Secure your lodging by March 20, 2026
To receive our contracted rate and onsite support, you must book your room through the official conference block using the link provided on the website and/or Meeting Guide. Reservations made through third-party sites or by calling the hotel outside our block are not connected to our block. If a guest who booked outside the block is relocated by the hotel because of an oversell, we cannot assist with the relocation or any related costs. Benefits tied to the block such as rate protection may not apply.
